In this case, the client was in the process of buying a flat in the central district of El Born in Barcelona. He needed an architect to do the Certificate of Occupancy of this.

Reforma realizada por Raúl Sánchez - La Buena Vida
Raúl Sánchez, arquitecto del estudio catalán La Buena Vida – Laboratorio de vivienda e interior, es uno de los arquitectos que ya han conseguido realizar una obra (y tienen otra en fase de proyecto) a través de Plan Reforma. En este caso, la cliente estaba en proceso de comprar un piso en el céntrico barrio del Borne, en Barcelona. Necesitaba un arquitecto que le hiciera la Cédula de Habitabilidad de éste. Raúl le envió un presupuesto para realizarle la Cédula y ella se lo aceptó.
Pero de un pequeño encargo surgió la obra completa para realizar la reforma integral del piso. La clienta tenía un presupuesto de 25.000 € para realizar todas las obras de su nuevo piso de 65m2, un piso muy antiguo, muy compartimentado que necesitaba un cambio de distribución, para adecuarlo a las necesidades actuales así como la actualización de todas las instalaciones.
