Por un lado llevábamos la arquitectura y por otro lado la parte de visualización pero veíamos que ambas partes estaban constantemente conectadas y se daban soporte. Por eso, decidimos trabajar directamente con el cliente desde la primera fase del proyecto, que puedan introducir sus propias soluciones, y sobre todo, que puedan visualizarlo en 3D en todo momento, a través de las diferentes competencias que tenemos, ya sea desde un plano en 2D, una imagen conceptual, una imagen realista o incluso un recorrido virtual. Por ello, Ditoons quiere trabajar en contacto directos con sus clientes. Trabajamos con una metodología de trabajo que hace que el cliente partícipe desde el primer contacto, haciendo de su proyecto único y exclusivo.   1. EMPATIZAMOS Aprendemos del cliente, lo conocemos.  Aprendemos quiénes son y qué es lo que necesitan, lo que les motiva, inquieta y lo que desean.   2. DEFINIMOS Creamos pautas de sus necesidades y problemas potenciales. Definiremos los puntos débiles para transformarlos y los fuertes para potenciarlos. Establecemos juntos pautas que definirán las líneas generales del proyecto.   3. IDEAMOS Hacemos un encuentro para fijar ideas, y así, transformar esos puntos débiles y potenciar los fuertes. Jugaremos con nuestra creatividad para fabricar soluciones, desde las más sutiles hasta las más extrovertidas, y las pondremos todas sobre la mesa.   4. REPRESENTAMOS Haremos tangibles esas ideas por medio de una representación gráfica y visual: planos, bocetos, representaciones en 3D, imágenes y maquetas. Expondremos a 360 grados esas ideas para que podamos abordarlos desde cada ángulo y desde la experimentación.   5. ENSAYAMOS Compartiremos nuestras ideas y representaciones con los clientes para que podamos debatir y personalizar cada decisión y hacer de cada una de ellas una solución exclusiva y adaptada a las necesidades del cliente.   6.VISUALIZAMOS Cada paso y por lo que caracteriza a Ditoons todo este proceso irá acompañado de un último paso que acompaña a todos los demás.
